WE WANT SUNDAY TO BE THE BEST DAY OF YOUR CHILD’S WEEK

Each weekend, kids from birth-5th grade experience safe and fun environments where age-appropriate Bible stories are taught and relationships are made with other kids and with adults who partner with you as parents.

By the time a child is 5 years old, he or she will know:

God loves them. God made them. Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

By the time a kid leaves 5th grade, he or she will know and apply:

I need to make the wise choices. I can trust God no matter what. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

HOW CHECK-IN WORKS

As you check in your kid, you will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive and unique to your family and your visit. Your kid will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag that does not have your kid’s name on it. After the service, you will return to your kid’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

In the event that we need you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the bottom of the screen in the auditorium. If nobody comes after 3 attempts of putting the number on the screen, we will put your child’s last name and the identification code on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium and someone will direct you to your child’s room.

OUR VALUES

Safety

We provide safe environments for children of all ages to enjoy. We want children to be safe and feel safe, and parents to confidently expect their child is well cared-for during their time at Forest Park.

Fun

We want children to have fun! Our desire is to see each child have such a good time they beg their parents to return next week. We believe creating a fun environment for kids help them learn more about Jesus. We use games, crafts, props, and creative stories to communicate the message, and we think it’s okay to have a good time at church!

Truth

We don’t want to simply entertain children, and we’re not here to babysit. We want children to learn about Jesus. Lessons about Jesus and the Bible will ALWAYS be age appropriate and assist each child understand God’s love and plan for their life.

Family

We believe what happens at home is more important than what happens at church. Forest Park wants to partner with parents by providing resources, support, and encouragement as they lead their families from where they are to where God wants them to be.
